Mixed Berry Smoothie Recipe
Mixed Berry Smoothie, a heavenly fresh mixed fruit drink to chill out with in summer heat, is loaded with vitamins, minerals and energy. Fresh or frozen berries used in this recipe make healthy base for this cool smoothie and gives it a taste and texture.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2 Servings
Ingredients: |
1½ cups Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen) |
1/2 cup Pomegranate Juice or Milk |
1 cup Vanilla Yogurt |
1 tablespoon Honey |
2 teaspoons Flax seeds |
6 Ice Cubes |
Directions:
- Take blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, cherries or any other berries of your choice to prepare this smoothie.
- Blend frozen mixed berries, pomegranate juice, vanilla yogurt, honey, flax seeds and ice cubes in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and frothy texture.
- Mixed Berry Smoothie is ready. Pour it in chilled serving glasses, garnish with the beriies and serve immediately.
